The mail server upgrade did not happen this evening thanks to a software bug that was found while running the update. Nothing has changed with our email server to this point because of that. I will be in touch with the software engineers to get it corrected before we continue. I will post the next and hopefully the last note about the mail server upgrade then. I would expect it will be  on or around 9-9-2010 Stayed tuned.

We will be taking the old Uplink servers offline Wednesday November 26th 2008 at 2 P.M.. If you need to save an address book or anything else please do so by the date and time above.

We have moved the MIUplink email accounts over to our normal email servers.

This Mail system does not need the portion to the right of your login to determine your account. If you previously logged into your mail with username@miuplink.com and password now you would only need username and password and would not need to enter the @miuplink.com portion. Please contact us if you are unable to login to the new server. 

As an Example, for Email address ironbay@miuplink.com: Trying to get mail in Outlook/Outlook Express results in a popup requesting Username & Password.

For username it displays  "ironbay@miuplink.com", to resolve this problem Delete the "@miuplink.com" from the username so only "ironbay" remains.
 

 Emails are temporarily delivered to both servers during the transition, however if you believe you are missing a message please attempt to locate the message using both the UPLink Email Links as well as the Ironbay.net Webmail login. Please note - the Ironbay.net webmail login blanks to the left donot require the @miuplink.com, however the UPLink Email links may still require the entire email address to log in.
